Session Length and Payments Accepted
Initial session will generally last about 60 minutes.
Cash or personal checks are accepted for payment.
If covered by an accepted insurance, co-pay is due at the time of session.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully.
Cancellation Policy
You may be required to pay the full cost of the session if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified the office at least 48 hours in advance.
